This Deposit non-refundable and goes toward your total balance. This secures your event date and time on our calendar.

Yes. Outside food is allowed. Food must be prepared prior to entering the venue. There is no kitchen onsite therefore cooking inside the venue is not permitted at any time. This includes electric grills.

No, setup is only allowed inside the rented event space.

If you have a specific setup request that may extend outside of the room (such as a photo area, welcome display, or vendor equipment), please contact our team in advance for approval.

We’re happy to review special requests and will do our best to accommodate them when possible.

All clients must provide proof of liability insurance.

• The insurance must list Icebox LV LLC as an additional insured for the date(s) of the event.

• Coverage should be a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

• A copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI)

If you’re bringing in your own vendors and they don’t carry insurance, we can recommend affordable one-day event insurance providers to make the process simple.

Yes! There is plenty of free onsite parking at Icebox LV venues for you and your guests.

After your event, we inspect to ensure all items returned are not damaged and the venue rules have been followed. It takes up to 3 - 5 business days for us to start the refund process due to venue inspections and we will refund the card used to make the initial deposit. It takes your bank 7 - 14 business days to process the refund back to the respective card on file once we start the process.

The Venue Rules are stated below:

• Prohibited Items: No confetti, loose glitter, balloons with confetti, open flames (excluding Chafing fuel for food warming), No Sparklers, exploding devices or anything or any machine that can create fire i.e. Cold Spark Machines, fire crackers, fire works, etc.

• Wall Use: No puncturing holes in the walls or using tape that leaves a sticky residue.

• No Cooking: There is no kitchen on-site; therefore, no cooking on-site is permitted.

• No Smoking: No Smoking anything anywhere inside the venue. The designated smoking area is in the back of the building.

• All Venue trash and catering waste generated by your event must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster located behind the building.

• Parking Lot Trash: You are also responsible for cleaning up any trash left by your guests in the parking lot, including cigarette butts, cans, bottles, and other debris.

• Contract End Time: The venue is handed over with both front and back doors locked at the end of your contract time. For every 15 minutes over the contract end time, rental expense will be taken from your security deposit ($40 for Ice and Bloom Room and $75 for Sky Room). Please plan accordingly.

• Consumption of food and beverages in the parking lot or on the sidewalk is not allowed. All food and beverages must be kept inside the venue. Once you leave the event, feel free to take the food and beverage home with you or throw it away in the garbage.

• Vendor Referrals: The Venue can refer preferred vendors, but it is not responsible for the actions of the vendors or the transactions between the vendors and the Client.

• Firearms: For the safety of all guests, firearms are strictly prohibited inside the venue and anywhere on the premises.

• Guests and Party Conduct: You are responsible for the actions and behavior of your guests and party at all times. Please maintain full supervision and control of your event throughout its duration.

• You are responsible for the state, county, city or local licenses that your event requires outside of our packages.

Tours are from 11am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday and 3pm to 7pm on Sunday. Tours are scheduled around events and event recovery. Click a button below to schedule a tour.

Absolutely! All rooms are equipped with Bluetooth speakers so you can easily stream your own music.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekend events and peak seasons.

Absolutely! At Icebox LV, we welcome clients who wish to bring in their own décor or work with an outside event planner or decorator. You can rent the venue space only and customize the setup to fit your style, theme, or corporate brand.

Our team will coordinate access for your vendors and ensure the space is ready for setup at your scheduled time.

The Ice Room

• Weekday: $130 per hour [3hrs min]

• Weekend: $180 per hour [3hrs min]

The Bloom Room

• Week $110 per hour [3hrs min]

• Weekend: $155 per hour [4hrs min]

• Weekday: $185 per hour [3 hrs min]

• Weekend: $300 per hour [4hrs min]

Besides a cleaning fee that's standard for each venue and a credit/debit fee processing fee of 4%, we do not have additional fees.
