VENUE RULES

  • Prohibited Items: No confetti, loose glitter, balloons with confetti, or open flames (excluding Chafing fuel for food warming)

  • Wall Use: No puncturing holes in the walls or using tape that leaves a sticky residue.

  • No Cooking: There is no kitchen on-site; therefore, no cooking on-site is permitted.

  • No Smoking: No Smoking anything anywhere inside the venue.

  • Clean Up: All trash created by your party is to be picked up, bagged and put in the dumpster behind the building. You are also responsible for your party’s trash i.e. cigarette butts, cans, bottles, etc in the parking lot as well.

  • Contract End Time: The venue is handed over at the end of your contract time.  $40 per every 15 minutes over the contract end time will be taken from your security deposit.  Please plan accordingly.

  • No Food or Beverages outside the venues allowed anytime.

  • Right to Refuse Service: The Venue reserves the sole right to refuse service.

  • Security and Monitoring: For the safety of all guests and to ensure venue policies are followed, the premises are monitored by CCTV Cameras.

  • Weapons and Firearms: For the safety of all guests, firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Guests and Party's Actions: You are responsible of your guests and party's actions at all times. Please ensure complete control of your event.

  • Security Guard must be used for any events after 12a.m.

  • Security Deposit Forfeiture: The security deposit will be forfeited if repairs are needed to address damages caused by non-compliance with these rules.
